The annual Harley-Davidson Homecoming Festival was officially canceled for 2026 and discontinued as a yearly event after just a three-year run, despite previously announced dates for July 9–12. Harley-Davidson confirmed it is shifting away from the annual festival format and returning to its traditional strategy of hosting large-scale hometown celebrations only during major milestone anniversaries—meaning there will be no Homecoming event in 2026 or in the immediate future. Instead, elements of the festival will be folded into other partnerships and events, including a collaboration with Summerfest, while the next major Milwaukee-based celebration is expected in 2028 for the company’s 125th anniversary.
